The Chinese game called Tsu-Chu, which means “hit the ball”, is similar to the modern football game and was the first person to not hold hands. It involves throwing a small leather ball into a net stretched between two bamboo poles 30 meters high.

Many people say that football game as we know it today actually started in England. There are records of people circling pig intestines in rural areas in the 9th century.

In the olden days, games were played in villages where rival groups fought each other. This game is known as “folk football” or “folk football”. Meanwhile, some in the north of the border insisted that football game was invented by the Scots. In fact, the Scots have been playing modern football for centuries, according to renowned historian Ged O’Brien, founder of the Scottish Football Museum at Hampden Park.

Mr O’Brien said football originated in Scotland, saying the current ‘pass and run’ form of the game had been played in the country for 500 years. The family brought the game to Glasgow in the 1860s when they founded the Queen’s Park Football Club, which played at Hampden Park, the report said. He said: “The genius of the Scots over the last 500 years and especially the family system is what gave us football.

“Football is a Scottish game. They played all over the country for hundreds and hundreds of years, mainly in cemeteries after the revolution, where they scraped all the stones.

The Scottish Football Association was founded in 1873.
